A lawsuit filed this month alleges excessive force by several Custer County Sheriff's Office deputies after a runaway teenage girl was found inside a home with two men. She was later struck with a Taser once while handcuffed during the encounter with the first deputy outside of the home. She was struck again with a Taser in the back of a law enforcement vehicle after arriving at the sheriff's department.
