On Saturday night, Silt police responded to an incident involving Republican Congresswoman Lauren Boebert and her ex-husband, Jayson Boebert. Silt Police Chief Mike Kite confirmed to 9NEWS that the congresswoman and her ex-husband were involved, saying it occurred Saturday evening. Kite said Silt police have reached out to the restaurant for any surveillance video it may have of the incident but have not received any yet. Kite confirmed the incident occurred at the Miner’s Claim restaurant, which is located at 740 Main Street in Silt, Colorado.
