Police in Wheat Ridge said they are investigating a fatal shooting Wednesday near 38th Avenue and Teller Street and are searching for the suspect. Peter Damian Arguello was shot and killed about 11:15 a.m. Arguello owned a jewelry and antiques store on 38th Avenue. Police said he was shot during an attempted robbery.
