Description
A deadly crash has shut down a portion of Gandy Boulevard on Thursday evening.
The crash happened around 5:30 pm on Gandy Boulevard at Brighton Bay Boulevard. All eastbound lanes in the area are closed.
Traffic cameras show cars backed up along the roadway.
While the Florida Highway Patrol said the crash was deadly, it's not clear what caused the crash or how many people were hurt.
