A homeowner says DSW left his home filled with a laundry list of problems. It even failed county inspections. John Vargas is a Rebuild Florida recipient. We showed you back in January, how there were a slew of problems at his property. Now, dents, holes, and even doors have all been fixed after the county found the home failed inspection three different times. His certificate of occupancy was even revoked until his home could pass inspection.
The biggest problem in the initial inspection was the wood burning stove was installed incorrectly. A licensing board member noted, “that could be highly dangerous.” That’s why the contractor and owner of DSW Homes Paul Judson came before the Hillsborough County Licensing Board on Tuesday.
