Traffic is building Tuesday evening on U.S. 301 in Riverview due to a shooting investigation. Hillsborough County deputies received a call just after 3 p.m. about a possible shooting near U.S. 301 and Balm Riverview Road. They arrived to find a man with a gunshot wound to his upper body. The man was transported to the hospital. Detectives are on the scene working to find out what led up to the shooting.
