Description
The alleged "peeping Tom" caught on camera looking through someone's window last month has been arrested in Tampa.
The man, identified by police as 37-year-old Kasey Pellage, was spotted between midnight and 1 a.m. on Saturday, March 29, and again on Sunday, March 30. He was seen looking into the windows of a home near S. Lois Avenue and W. San Miguel Street.
After releasing surveillance video of the suspect, police received an anonymous tip identifying Pellage on April 4.
Then two days later on April 6, during an unrelated investigation, Pellage was reportedly seen loitering near a construction site on Henderson Boulevard.
Although police said he initially refused to identify himself, Pellage was arrested and charged with resisting an officer without violence.
On April 7, further investigation led detectives to connect Pellage to the "peeping Tom" case. He was charged with loitering or prowling and voyeurism.
