Two boys are safe months after they were reported missing out of St. Petersburg, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced. Bradley Neal and Tramareiance Artis were reported safe months after they were declared missing on Oct. 12, 2024. Before they were found, the 11-year-old and 14-year-old were last seen on 6th Avenue South near Mound Park Avenue South in St. Pete.
