Description
Hundreds of students at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg returned to their dorms Tuesday morning after being evacuated due to elevated carbon monoxide levels.
The alarms went off Monday at the Osprey Suites residence hall, prompting the evacuation of 375 residents and an investigation that traced the issue to improperly venting hot water heaters.
