A 46-year-old Pasco County man is behind bars after deputies said he offered a young girl in his custody for sex with strangers online. Jean Cebollero-Arias was charged with human trafficking involving a minor in his custody and solicitation of a minor, Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco said during a press conference on Tuesday. Thr 46-year-old was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 16. Nocco called the case "absolutely horrendous." "What he was doing was having conversations online with several other individuals, and there is a young child, elementary school age... that was in his care and custody," Nocco said. "And he started to go further into telling these individuals about his fantasies about this child in his care and custody."
