Protestors and supporters in the Tampa Bay area held rallies surrounding Donald Trump's inauguration all weekend. Many people, including former Hillsborough County GOP State Committeeman Tom Gaitens, see Inauguration Day as a step forward for our nation. “When you ask about next week, what's ushered in is optimism, hope, faith in the economy blossoming again, faith in securing our borders,” Gaitens said. Gaitens believes President Biden’s green energy strategy wouldn't generate enough power for future needs. “Over last four years, we've seen a constriction of energy, but the reality of this whole new AI world that we're experiencing is going to require an amazing amount of energy; 10, 12, 15-fold of what we're even using today,” Gaitens said.
