Description
A man was arrested weeks after a shooting at a St. Pete meat market left 42-year-old Deon Bell dead.
Charles Teal, 46, is being charged with second-degree murder in Bell's death, according to a release from the St. Petersburg Police Department.
The shooting reportedly happened just after 8:30 a.m. on December 18 at Kings Meat Market on 1345 34th Street South. Officers found Bell suffering from a gunshot wound before he was declared dead at Bayfront Health hospital.
