An investigation is underway following a shooting involving an officer in downtown Tampa. It happened on Channelside Drive near Sparkman Wharf Saturday night, according to the Tampa Police Department. In a press conference, Chief Deputy Brett Owen said two reserve officers were working an intersection in the area just before 7 p.m. as part of the Lightning game.
