A 20-year-old Florida woman has been arrested more than a week after she allegedly took off after hitting and killing a 19-year-old bicyclist in Wimauma. Jaquelin Velasquez has been charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving a death, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
