A man is facing attempted murder charges after he reportedly stabbed someone at a public library in St. Pete, according to an arrest affidavit. It happened just before 2:30 p.m. Friday at Mirror Lake Community Library, located off of 5th Street North. According to the affidavit, 28-year-old Tavaris Cunningham was sitting next to the victim in the library's computer area and started to "act erratically."
