Tampa police arrested a man who they say was involved in a hit-and-run that killed a man early Tuesday morning. Manuel Gonzalez, 41, was driving a Nissan Titan pickup truck when he hit a man in his early 40s near North Orient Road and East 8th Avenue, according to a news release. Video footage captured Gonzalez leaving the scene and detectives were able to identify the truck.
