Description

A child was hospitalized with a hurt arm and shoulder after a hit-and-run incident Thursday morning in Polk County, the Polk County Sheriff's Office told 10 Tampa Bay. Little is known about the incident at this time, but deputies said the driver was in a white pickup truck with ladders on top when he hit the child on Ranchland Acres Road and Countryland Drive.
