Clearwater police are searching for two men they say grabbed a gun from a Publix security guard's holster. It happened at 7 p.m. outside the Publix on S Missouri Avenue. Police say two men were on bicycles outside the store when one of them grabbed the gun from the armed guard. The guard fell to the ground and sustained minor injuries. He was treated at a local hospital. The men then rode off on their bicycles with the gun, according to detectives.
