TROPICAL STORM DEBBY COVERAGE: Stronger storms embedded in the outer rainbands of Tropical Storm Debby have prompted numerous tornado warnings Sunday afternoon in the Tampa Bay region. Quick spin-ups are likely throughout the day as a tornado watch is in effect until 8 p.m. National Hurricane Center forecasters anticipate Debby will rapidly strengthen, reaching Category 1 hurricane strength before making landfall in the Big Bend region of Florida late Sunday into early Monday morning.
