Detectives discovered human remains inside a St. Petersburg home while investigating a house fire, according to the police department. The fire happened on July 28 at 1720 Prescott Street South, a home police have previously said is owned by the family of 42-year-old Kelli Fisher, who has been missing for two weeks.
