A man is charged with manslaughter after a fight at a Tampa bar lounge left one person dead, officials said. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to a reported disturbance just before 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 2 at the Tally Ho Bar Lounge & Grill, located off North 56th Street. When they arrived, investigators say they learned of the fight between patrons and security at the bar. One of the guards, 50-year-old Kenneth Washington, tried to intervene but was hit in the head by a patron and collapsed, according to HCSO.
