A mother died after being killed by a man before he took her car, killed another person and fled from deputies in Tampa. Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call just after 2 p.m. on Alvarado Drive near Los Altos Way for a report of a dead body. When they arrived, they found Lianet Santos Sosa, 31, who was dead at the scene. Detectives learned Silvia Ramon Franco Peralta, 35, fled the scene in the victim's vehicle before being involved in an altercation with another person in Tampa resulting in Franco Peralta killing him, deputies said.
