Polk County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a 43-year-old Winter Haven man for secretly photographing a 15-year-old girl who had been visiting his home, authorities said. Domingo Velez is being charged with video voyeurism, the sheriff's office said in a news release. He reportedly admitted to detectives using a digital watch to take pictures of the nude teen without her knowledge while she was in the bathroom.
