Sarasota is changing its public parking next month to make it more convenient for residents to access the city. The new policies will go into effect on July 15, according to a news release. During the initial week of implementation, parking ambassadors will issue written warnings instead of citations to inform drivers about the changes. Ambassadors will also be on-site to educate and offer assistance to residents.
