Deputies are working to figure out what led up to a shooting death Monday afternoon near Bruce B Downs Boulevard in Tampa, authorities said. Law enforcement received a call around 2:51 p.m. that shots were fired in the area of Bruce B Downs Boulevard at Regents Park Drive, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
