Free food, music and local vendors are at your disposal at the fifth annual Juneteenth flag-raising ceremony and festival hosted by the Tampa Bay Juneteenth Coalition and the city of Tampa. This will be the first Tampa Juneteenth ceremony Mayor Jane Castor will attend, according to a news release. She'll be joined by Tampa Councilwoman Gwendolyn Henderson and members of the Tampa Bay Juneteenth Coalition.
