A year and a half after a man was gunned down at the Sunshine Skyway fishing pier, authorities still haven't been able to find the suspected killer, Alex Martinez. The 34-year-old suspect is believed to be hiding in the Plant City area of Hillsborough County, the Manatee County Sheriff's Office said in a news release Thursday afternoon to help remind the public about the case.
