Description
The St. Petersburg Police Department is launching a new program aimed at reducing youth crimes in the city.
Part of this plan includes a new role that will be critical to its success; Lisa Wheeler-Bowman will be the city’s new community impact and safety liaison.
“I would hear about the shootings and all of that, but until it actually came and hit home, that changed my life forever,” Wheeler-Bowman said.
