Hillsborough County deputies are investigating after a man was found dead in the water Saturday night in Ruskin. The sheriff's office said it received a call just after 6:30 p.m. about a possible shooting near a dock on Bahia Beach Boulevard. Once on scene, detectives called in the marine unit which reportedly recovered a man from the water a short time later.
