Florida troopers are asking the public to help them identify the driver who crashed into a 17-year-old girl on a scooter Thursday morning, leaving her with a broken arm. The Wesley Chapel teen was crossing Tonka Terrace just south of Oldwoods Avenue just after 7 a.m. when the driver of an older model sedan failed to stop and crashed into her, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
