A Florida Missing Child alert has been issued for a 13-year-old girl last seen in Orlando. Authorities say Madeline Soto was last known to be on Town Loop Boulevard near Urbana Drive in the city's Hunters Creek area. The teen is described as a 5 feet, 1 inch tall, 110-pound girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. She also has a mole on the left side of her nose and the right side of her chin. Authorities say Madeline was last seen wearing a green jacket, black shorts, and white Crocs. Anyone with information on where Madeline may be is asked to contact the Orange County Sheriff's Office at 407-254-7000 or call 911.
