A man is behind bars after deputies say he was responsible for killing another man in a hit-and-run crash early Saturday morning in Winter Haven. Wayne Berry, 38, was charged with DUI manslaughter and leaving the scene of a crash involving death. At around 12:25 a.m., authorities arrived at Cypress Gardens Boulevard at the north end of Old Helena Road after receiving a report of a crash, the Polk County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
