A statewide Amber Alert has been issued for two children out of Lake County, Florida. Tillie Claire Williams, 5, and Natalia Williams, 1, were reportedly last seen around 11 p.m. Wednesday. A person called the Lake County Sheriff's Office around 7 a.m. Thursday to report two of her foster children missing, the agency said in a statement. Tillie Williams is 3 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs 45 pounds and has long, straight brown hair and brown eyes. Natalia Williams is 2 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs 30 pounds and has short brown, curly hair. It's believed she was wearing a pink pajama dress and pink pants with hearts. Investigators are looking into whether the two children may be with their biological mother and father, perhaps 41-year-old Dixie Williams. She may also go by the name, "Stumpner," according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. "If located, DO NOT APPROACH," the agency said.
