Florida authorities are investigating a Brightline train crash Friday afternoon — just two days after a person was killed in a Brightline train crash at the same intersection. According to multiple news reports, at least one person was killed in Friday's crash, which happened when the train collided with a vehicle on the tracks. It's not clear if anyone else was injured. Both crashes happened at South Harbor City Boulevard and W.H. Jackson Street in Melbourne. In Wednesday's crash, the driver, 62-year-old Charles Julian Phillips, and three of his passengers, including a 9-year-old, were injured, WKMG reports.
