A man in Winter Haven was arrested after police say he rammed his truck into a driver who caused an accident, then punched him in the face multiple times. Video released by the Winter Haven Police Department captured the accidental crash and the events that followed. It happened Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Lake Howard Dr. SE and Ave. C SW, according to police. It all started with what officers are calling a "minor crash" between two cars. A third driver, identified by police as 21-year-old Dustin Black of Auburndale who was not involved in the initial accident, is the boyfriend of the driver who was hit. Video shows three cars approaching an intersection. The leading driver attempts to make a U-turn at the intersection, with a truck and car following behind him. As he's making the U-turn, he hit the last car in line. That's when police say Black backed up his truck before hitting the at-fault driver's passenger side.
