Footage from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office showed a Tampa resident making "dirt angels" on the ground at a construction site while hiding from deputies. According to a social media post from the HCSO, the moment was captured shortly after 7 p.m. Christmas Eve when deputies responded to a report of a car crash at East Bearss Avenue and North Nebraska Avenue.
