A dive team recovered a body from a vessel that took on water during the powerful Gulf storm over the weekend, police said. The body, whose identity remains unknown, was found onboard the submerged boat around 10:30 p.m. Sunday, according to the Tampa Police Department. Its captain, Curtis Lee Cowling, lived on the vessel full time, but police earlier said it's unclear whether he was on it when it sank.
