A 20-year-old and 19-year-old were arrested early Sunday morning after they were seen racing over the Gandy Bridge, arrest affidavits explain. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a state trooper was traveling east on Gandy Boulevard at 2:09 a.m., approaching the Gandy Bridge on the Pinellas County side.
