Runners and walkers of all ages hit the pavement for the 18th annual Miles for Moffitt event Saturday morning, pushing toward a big goal of raising big money for cancer research. Close to $1.6 million has been donated so far, 10 Tampa Bay's Nick Volturo reported earlier in the day — surpassing the goal of $1.5 million posted on the event's website. That amount is expected to continue rising once all the money has been counted.
