Anyone planning to drive in the downtown Tampa area, here's a heads up. Starting at 8 p.m. Saturday, all northbound lanes of South Franklin Street will be closed between Channelside Drive and Water Street, the Tampa Water Department said in a news release. The lane closures come as crews work to repair a water main break on the street, officials say.
