President Joe Biden greeted Chinese President Xi Jinping as he arrived at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders' meeting on Wednesday.
The meeting between the two world leaders is the first since a year ago and is the first visit to the U.S. for President Xi Jinping in six years.
