Two Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office deputies were seriously hurt after a car crashed into them Thursday morning. The deputies were heading to a call for help around 7:45 a.m. from a woman who said her son was experiencing a mental health crisis, the agency said in a statement. As they responded, they were hit by the car and "sustained severe injuries." Video from Sky 10 showed a car appeared to have crashed into an HCSO vehicle on a cul-de-sac in the area of Flaxwood and Blufield avenues.
