A homicide investigation is underway after a 74-year-old was found dead inside his St. Petersburg home. "We received a 911 emergency call from relatives who had gone to the house and determined that Mr. Moore was unconscious and unresponsive," Ken Knight, spokesperson with the St. Petersburg Police Department, said. Julius Moore was discovered by relatives at his home in the area of 19th Avenue South and 10th Street South, according to the St. Petersburg Police Department. Investigators say after they were able to get a warrant later in the day to enter the house, it was realized Moore had been shot.
