Two men were arrested by Florida Highway Patrol troopers Friday night for speeding over the Gandy Bridge, arrest affidavits explain. At around 10:56 p.m., a trooper was traveling west on the bridge in Pinellas County when he saw two Ford Mustangs driving 45 mph side by side. But suddenly, both cars accelerated to approximately 130 mph trying to outrun each other, FHP explains.
