A 30-year-old man was arrested in connection to the death of an elderly woman who was found dead Wednesday night, according to an update from Tampa police. Antelo Shavonne Simpson is believed to have been the last person to have seen the woman alive. The investigation began on Oct. 25 after police were called around 9:48 a.m. to 305 E. Wellington Court about a woman found dead.
