A 57-year-old man is dead after someone hit him with their car as he was riding his bicycle in East Tampa, police say. The driver didn't stop. Tampa police officers said they were called around 8:20 p.m. Tuesday to an area near the intersection of N. 19th Street and E. 21st Avenue. When they arrived, they found the bicyclist in the roadway. Police say he was unresponsive after being hit by a car.
