An investigation is underway after a body was found at a pond Sunday morning in a park in Sarasota, deputies say. At 10:26 a.m., authorities arrived at Lakeview Park after receiving a report of an unresponsive man floating in the pond, a spokesperson for the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office told 10 Tampa Bay. The Sarasota County Fire Rescue also arrived at the park and pronounced the man dead at the scene, officials say.
