The Hernando County Sheriff's Office arrested a 23-year-old man considered a suspect in the killing of another person Thursday night in Brooksville. Previously, Jeremy Patterson was listed as a person of interest connected to the active homicide investigation. After hours of searching for him, deputies posted to Facebook they arrested him in a wooded area near the High Point community, off of Cortez Boulevard.
