Tropical Depression Fifteen is now officially Tropical Storm Nigel, the National Hurricane Center said Sunday. Nigel is expected to become a Hurricane by Monday. As of the National Hurricane Center's latest advisory, the tropical storm has maximum sustained winds of 40 mph and is located about 980 miles east-northeast of the Lesser Antilles. Its movement is northwest at 16 mph.
