Police say they have found the man responsible for killing a person during a hit-and-run crash Sunday morning in Plant City. Miguel Rodriguez Jr., 27, was charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving death and driving while license suspended involving death or serious bodily injury. A man was found lying on the side of the road around a little after 7 a.m. in the area of 4000 block of Airport Road, the Plant City Police Department said in a news release.
